This peach crisp was such a refreshing treat that was gone in my household within a day. This recipe combines fresh peaches and a brown sugar oat crumble for a delicious dessert. Easy to make and delicious, this peach crisp is perfect for summer.
Why is this recipe healthy?
Just like foods that are marketed as “healthy,” the first ingredient in this recipe is fruit! Not fruit juice concentrate but real, fresh peaches. Peaches with their fuzzy skin and fibrous flesh are packed with vitamins and minerals. They are naturally low in calories and high in fiber, which is excellent for gut health. The other main ingredient in the crisp part is oats, also rich in soluble fiber. This dessert is naturally perfect for digestive health without replacing or removing any ingredients.
