This super-easy recipe is made of peach slices and an easy oat crumble. Baking brings out the peaches' juicy goodness and the oat topping's crispiness. Enjoy this peach crisp warm with ice cream for an incredible summer dessert.

- 5 yellow peaches, sliced
- 1 tsp lemon juice 15 g
- 1/4 cup brown sugar 50 g
- 2 tbsp cornstarch 15 g
- 1/2 cup flour 60 g
- 1/3 cup oats 33 g
- 1/2 cup brown sugar 100 g
- 1 tsp cinnamon 3 g
- 1/4 tsp salt 2 g
- 1/4 cup butter 52 g
Preheat the oven to 350º F.
In a mixing bowl, gently stir together the peaches, lemon juice, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Pour the fruit mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until combined. Rub in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit filling.
Bake the peach crisp for 45 to 60 minutes. Remove the baking pan from the oven and let it cool.
Serve the peach crisp warm or at room temperature.
