- 1/2 cup butter, softened 113 g
- 1/2 cup peanut butter 128 g
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar 100 g
- 1/4 cup brown sugar 50 g
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 5 g
- 1 1/2 cups flour 180 g
- 1 tsp baking soda 6 g
- 1/2 tsp salt 3 g
- granulated sugar, for coating
- 36 Hershey kisses, unwrappped
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 375º F.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
