Peanut Butter Protein Cups

These protein cups contain a peanut butter oat filling and a dark chocolate protein. They are the perfect post-workout snack because of their balanced macronutrients. This recipe also requires minimal effort for a quick snack.

- 1/2 cup peanut butter 100 g
- 1/4 cup maple syrup 50 g
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 g
- 1/4 tsp salt 1 g
- 1 scoop protein powder 20 g
- 1 cup oats 80 g
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips 80 g
Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Add in the protein powder and oats and stir until combined.
Press a tablespoon of the mixture into each cupcake liner. Let the peanut butter cups chill in the refrigerator.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments. Pour a spoonful of chocolate onto each peanut butter cup.
Let the peanut butter cups chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set. Store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
