Avocado Chocolate Chip Cookies

These avocado chocolate chip cookies are just like normal cookies, but with an avocado instead of butter. This ingredient gives them a green tint and amazing health benefits. Don't worry -- they don't taste like guacamole!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 200 g
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract 10 g
  • 1 1/2 cup flour 180 g
  • 1/2 tsp salt 3 g
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda 3 g
  • 1 cup chocolate chips 170 g

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado until it is smooth. Add the sugar and beat until well combined.
  • Mix in the egg and vanilla extract. Stir in the flour, salt, and baking soda until the mixture is smooth. Add the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop the cookies using a cookie scoop onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool.
