Avocado Chocolate Chip Cookies

These avocado chocolate chip cookies are just like normal cookies, but with an avocado instead of butter. This ingredient gives them a green tint and amazing health benefits. Don't worry -- they don't taste like guacamole!

- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 cup granulated sugar 200 g
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract 10 g
- 1 1/2 cup flour 180 g
- 1/2 tsp salt 3 g
- 1/2 tsp baking soda 3 g
- 1 cup chocolate chips 170 g
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado until it is smooth. Add the sugar and beat until well combined.
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract. Stir in the flour, salt, and baking soda until the mixture is smooth. Add the chocolate chips.
Scoop the cookies using a cookie scoop onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool.
