Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, melted 75 g
- 1 3/4 cups pumpkin purée 425 g
- 1 cup maple syrup 156 g
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 5 g
- 1 3/4 cups flour 210 g
- 1 tsp baking soda 6 g
- 1/2 tsp salt 3 g
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 6 g
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg 2 g
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger 2 g
- 1/2 tsp allspice 2 g
- 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º F. Prepare a loaf pan by buttering the sides.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice. Mix the batter gently until the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the top of the batter cinnamon sugar.
- Bake the pumpkin bread for 50 to 65 minutes. Remove the pumpkin bread from the oven and let it cool.
Notes
- Feel free to add chocolate chips or nuts to the pumpkin bread to your desire!
