- 2 bananas, peeled
- 2 tbsp peanut butter 30 g
- 1 cup milk 213 g
- 3 tbsp maple syrup 30 g
- 1 1/3 cup oats 120 g
- 1 tsp baking powder 4 g
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 g
- pinch salt 2 g
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 80 g
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400º F.
- In a loaf pan, mash the bananas with a fork. Add the peanut butter, milk, maple syrup, oats, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir in the frozen blueberries. Sprinkle some on top.
- Bake the oatmeal for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted. Remove the baked oatmeal from the oven and let it cool.
