Ingredients
- 1 lb strawberries 454 g
- 1 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 300 g
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips 80 g
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the strawberries and cut off the stems. Dice the berries into small cubes.
- Place the diced strawberries in a small mixing bowl. Add the yogurt and stir to combine.
- Place spoonfuls of the strawberry yogurt mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Place the strawberries in the freezer for 1 hour or until hardened.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Drizzle the chocolate on top of the frozen strawberries.
- Store the strawberry yogurt bites in the freezer.
Notes
- Use any fruit of your choice for this recipe; it doesn't have to be strawberries. Some suggestions include mango, blueberries, and pineapple.
